Through the use of MedUnison’s Doc2Doc™ solution, the MyHealth Access Network plan’s more than 500 area providers are able to instantly access patient health information through a secure common link with other providers. Providers and specialists have direct access to one another to collaborate on patient care. In addition, health leaders are able to analyze anonymous patient information in order to more effectively measure health outcomes. Electronic sharing of clinical information within healthcare communities enhances collaboration, improves healthcare productivity, reduces unnecessary costs, increases patient access to care and enhances the overall patient experience.
