Wes Wilkey is a proven leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience as an architect and developer of innovative, mission critical, large-scale, business solutions using advanced technologies for the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Financial Services industries. His passion is delivering software solutions that align with customer needs and create shareholder value.
Prior to MedUnison, Wes was a Director of Technology at Sapient. In his career at Sapient, Wes had been instrumental in helping clients align their business strategies and their technology vision with sound solutions in today’s rapidly changing market. Before Sapient, as the Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering in the healthcare and life sciences industries his many accomplishments included being the co-creator of a leading electronic medical records system that revolutionized information management and workflow automation systems for physician’s practices.
Derek DeGrace
Director of Customer Service
Derek leads our team of customer support and implementation management experts. Derek believes that customer satisfaction has to occur at all levels of an organization. Staff, nurses, managers, providers, third parties and decision makers all need to be able to communicate issues and know that someone is working with them. Whether the solution is training, workflow design, or feature enhancements Derek works with our customers to ensure their expectations and return on investment are met.
Prior to joining MedUnison, Derek worked in the business of connecting information technology to manufacturing systems.
